[Coco] Windows Tablet anyone?

The only real difference between a Windows 10 tablet and a low end Win10 PC
is the lack of a keyboard.  Both run full Win10.

Its a different story if you're looking an a Windows RT based system.
That's not full Windows, and it ran on ARM based CPUs.
