[Coco] Best Cable and Where to acquire?

Hi all,
This has probably been covered a zillion times, and to be fair I did try to search the forum, but...
If I want to hook my CoCo2 to a tape recorder/digital recorder that has a 3.5mm input, what cable would you recommend and where can I purchase one?
I believe the cable coming out of the CoCo2 is a 5 pin?
