     I may bump the value up of the output caps to something like 10uF or
     more on
     the final revision, not sure. BTW, I was able to find .1uF bi-polar
     electrolytic caps
     at Digikey.

   Digikey URLs are somewhat wonky.  That one did not get to a list, but
   DK shows 10 in stock options, the through hole one is:

   As for the choice between film and NP electrolytics, the .1 looks to be
   cheaper as film, at least in through hole:

   $.224 for the .1 uF NP @ 100 units

   $.0864 for the .1uF polyester @ 100 units:

   But, worse if Ed wants to do SMT only:

   1uF is left as an exercise, but the numbers flip flop (film is more
   expensive than NP, in both through hole and SMT options)
