[Coco] Disto Super Controller

Comcast installer left before the desired service was verified.
Trying to fix this may take some time if I can. I have thirty (30) days to cancel.

I do not know exact ally where the Disto No-Halt controller is to look at it, everything was moved around (by me) while the 360+ pound helper sat on a chair watching me do the work charging $40 hour.
