[Coco] MC6847 VGA (FPGA) Project underway...

Hi everyone,

We’re in the initial prototype testing stage, but everything is looking
very promising with the first test run.  The Cyclone IV is up and running
with 50MHz clock, serial configuration flash is working well with indirect
JTAG programming.

Everything looks stable, VGA output looks good.  Time for Brendan and myself to
set about refining the hardware design and FPGA code.  :)

This will eventually be a drop in MC6847 replacement with standard
VGA output and whatever additional features we can come up with.
