[Coco] 68764/68766 EPROMs

Hi Richard,

They are just an adapter for using a standard 28 pin ROM in place of
the harder to find 24 pin versions used for the BASIC ROMS in the
CoCo1/2.

To make it a little easier to add Extended BASIC this days to machines
that lack it.  Or a custom ROM of course.
