[Coco] How to import source code into NitrOS-9?

MShell definitely seems like it would be the preferred interface for a
CoCo3FPGA.
I personally don't mind the command line interface, but I do know that OS9
needs a good GUI, and Multi-Vue ain't it.
I've played around with MShell and am of course quite impressed and
recognize it as a major step forward for NitrOS-9, I just don't like using a
joystick as a mouse and that's what I have. We need a mouse-solution for the
CoCo. Or is there already one and I'm the only one sitting here using a
joystick as a mouse? Hehe.
