[Coco] OT: Upgrade to WIndows 10?

I agree with Steve Ostrom.  Windows 8.1 is quite nice once tamed with
Classic Shell or a similar product to keep the screen with the tiles out of
sight until such occasions, if any, that you might want to use applications
from there.
