I think you'll be OK. Their communication is certainly not the greatest
and they won't win any awards for being quick or responsive. I suppose by
their longevity you'll get it though. I recall asking a bunch of questions
that were ignored, and eventually I decided to just pull the trigger and
order one, and that came reasonably quick since I live in PA. But I
remember even the site looked questionable to me, but surprisingly it all
worked out. I would expect the same for you too! Worth the wait the
machine was really brand new in the box.
