I don't know, the response to my appeal stated they reviewed the
content and it did not violate any rules. Nothing about the video was
changed...tags, description or anything. It did seem to be a
standardised response, I got no details. From what i've read and
viewed the fast couple of days, many people have had similar
   experiences.

could it be something to do with the Cartridge Roms, that triggered a
   copyright detection of some kind?
I was log ago looking for a rom for a coco, and found a site that had
it, but when I wanted to download there was a copyright infringement,
and I ended up with noting.

I saw things like that, even on some youtube videos about how to avoid
being 'striked'. However, there was no 'music' in my video. I'm still
not sure what it was about my video that caused the strike to begin
with, but atleast they responded to my appeal and restored the video.

Never tried it myself, but I've been told, if the music is speeded up,
or slowed down by 5%, it wouldn't be detected.
