[Coco] NitrOS9 bug

More information, I have tested Cave Walker on a NitrOS9 level 2 disk on the MESS emulator and it also fails to run there just like it does on the real hardware. This means when I have some spare time I can use the MESS debugger to investigate why it fails. This is the only game I have found (so far) with this behavior, and it was actually made to run under both OS-9 level 1 and level 2. When running under OS-9 level 2 it detects that and adds enhancements for the CoCo 3. On NitrOS9 on real hardware, the OS boot fine and the OS works until you try to run cave (Cave Walker), then then game stops before switching to the opening graphics screen. Then the system does not respond to any input, including the break key.

This is the boot list I am using for the NitrOS9 level 2 disk which works fine, until you try to run the game on real hardware (again, it works on VCC).
