[Coco] Donkey Kong Remixed for the CoCo 3

The reason for this noise is that the emulator does not behave exactly like
the audio circuitry in a real Coco. I wrote some fixes for MESS which remove
this audio artifact, and they were accepted a few months ago:
https://github.com/mamedev/mame/pull/280
You will need to have a very recent version (or build from source) in order to
get these fixes though.
