[Coco] Color Computer Reference Guide

I am looking for a physical TRS-80 Color Computer Reference Guide.  IIRC, 
this is a 3.5 inch by 8 inch booklet that contains all the BASIC, editor, 
assembler, and ZBUG commands, as well as 6809 instruction set, various ROM 
routine calls, error messages and the like.

I have a PDF file of this booklet, but I sorely want to have the real 
physical thing.

Does anyone have an extra copy that they might like to sell for a reasonable 
price (according to condition)?

condition.  How about $5 including postage (assuming postage is < $2)?================================================
Great price for an original from Stephen! You can take a PDF file on a thumb drive to any printer (Office Depot, Staples, Kinkos, etc.) and they should be able to create you a printed book. Odd sizes are a little more difficult/costly as they may have to be printed then cut down. I don't think you can get one printed for $3, or even $5 due to the odd size. 

For those interested, there is an OS-9 commands quick reference guide I compiled years ago in the list archives. It may be under books, or if not there FARNA.  Frank Swygert
