Based on the information there explaining the available commands, I don't 
think we can currently add or delete disk images to the SD other than via a 
card reader.

But I could also be unintentionally full of sh... er, uh, cookies in that 
regard.

But I think it is only a software limitation at this point. Perhaps Darren 
or someone familiar with Darren's API for the SDC will chime in on that.
