[Coco] eBay MPI Heads Up

I really don’t understand the problem here, I’ve shipped a ton of stuff
all over the world using USPS first class mail.  It’s one ~ 4” x 6” customs form, takes
perhaps 2 minutes to fill out.

I know UPS and the like are a pain, but just use USPS.  There’s one in every town.
