Camillus, first it is "GIMEChip", not "GIMEShip". The person you are referring to is John Turner (Little John) and no-one has heard from him in a few years. The last that was heard was that he was very ill and most now feel the worst has happened and that he is no longer with us. All we have of his work is the graphics and "brd" files he had posted and left behind. A lot of his work was based on Paul Barton's work (of CocoZilla fame), in which Paul had passed all of his work (and hardware) on to John and gotten out of the Coco hacking hobby. Paul has been contacted and has none of his original files other than a few CPLD files in which he has no clue which are which and which ones worked or not.
So we are stuck with what is there. Some of John's work contains the brd files and CLPD files, some do not. All of which can be found in the maltedmedia archives in a several big zip files labeled with gimechip in the title. I'm not sure of the full names as I ran across them a few years ago and unzipped them and deleted the zips from my drive. The posts he left on coco3.com are the only detailed description of his 8 slot multipak. I think the actual Eagle brd files are in the mm archives.
