Hi Kip,
excuse me for using every time Keeper instead of the correct Kipper, sorry!
This is the link to Tormod's DWLOAD
http://archive.worldofdragon.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4964
Just remember this has been written for the Dragon users ... in fact it
exists as a replacement ROM
so nothing must be pre-loaded to work.
It was thought to provide read and write services to the user.
This means you have to write your apps calling these services.
I made some apps, we call them 'dweebs' that allow Dragon users to load/run
ROM images,
see the directory of any VDK disk file image (VDIR), LOAD/RUN any program
from inside a VDK file.
And a let's say a backup system that allows the user to copy VDK to real
floppies or the other way round.
Just to end I made another one to load ASCII files from the server as BAS
programs for people that is
happier editing in the PC world without emulators, so that they could load
the program right to its Dragonxx.
This is the link of the thread for the created dweebs

cheers
pere
Ps It relies on two wire communications, connected to any two bits of the
PIA
In our case were chosen the were same addresses used by the CoCo for
Drivewire, in our case they are tied to the Centronics port
No handshaking ... it's DriveWire, so the client has to control the timing
