[Coco] Kipper SBC v1 Update

I think that sounds awesome! Mostly for selfish reasons--I really wanted the V1, I don't really have much need for the display/keyboard interface :P   Plus, your idea of producing more of a "universal" display/keyboard interface is really quite brilliant.
