[Coco] Coco Costing (was: Re: 4 Port MPI PCB artwork (so far))

I'd buy one if it's around $100.00 assembled.  I'm fairly handy with a
soldering gun,  but I have little surface mount experience, but I
think I can manage.  I'd really like to see my MPI-enabled YA-DOS work
rather than just use an emulator!
