[Coco] CCEDIT and MESS

Robert:  I get the same problems here.  I have to turn off -natural
mode to get it to work, and yes, my MESS losses keystroke too.
Cranking up the speed may help, but CCEDIT's key repeating is VSYNC
based, and MESS's unregulated mode speeds up the VSYNC too... so the
key repeating goes crazy.   However, you should be able to crank the
speed up in VCC, as it does *not* change VSYNC's speed.
