Right, the E is required for all CoCos, but Kip's 6 chip computer uses the standard 6809; the one *without* the E.

You could be right Arthur, I thought I read it somewhere and it stuck to me. I'm defenitly sure about the E mark though. The none E devices will not work, I think they're even not pin compatible.
