[Coco] Dropped OS9 images support for MESS 162 ?

The last commit in that folder moved exactly that file:

If you browse the mame0162 tag (revision) it is there:

The master branch reflects current development. The 162 source zip is
probably more or less equal to the git mame0162 tag.

As for everything else, it is wise to try the released version first,
before experimenting with the development version.
