[Coco] NitrOS9 with Deluxe RS232 Pak

Hi Barry,

I'll be compiling the driver you provided, but want to want to see what I'm
currently using.  I'll look through some OS-9 documentation I have to see
what the syntax is for the 'save' and 'dump' commands.
