[Coco] Different versions of the RS-232 Pak?

1: I have a RS-232 pack made by a third party.  Since it is buried in the 
midden heap at the moment I don't remember who made it or if it had any real 
improvements over the Radio Shack version.

2: As I understand it you need to change the address of one of the RS-232 
paks.
