[Coco] new release: RGB Monitor Test v1.0

Hi Richard,

Thanks for making this!

Trying it out now. 
 It seems to run fine, except it shows some moving rows of pixels on the left side of the screen for me.
This is on 2 different CoCo3s  Shows in RGB and composite.  Is that normal?
