[Coco] Super Logo, disk version?

According to the 1987 Radio Shack Educational Software catalog, Super logo was available in 3 formats:
Program pak $49.95
Disk $99.00
Network 2 $299.00

I personally have only seen it in program pak form. The program pak we have in the archives now was just recently added after (from what I understand) a long search.
Someone out there may have the disk version.
