[Coco] Fuzix booting on a real CoCo3

At first the blinky IDE light felt triumphant: "Hey look at this... it's
formatting!".  The triumph wore onto monotony.  Later, after two hours, I
pushed cntl-C, recompiled mkfs to only zero the inodes and not the entire
disk,  then the format took 5-6 minutes.   I did find myself wishing I had
a little text adventure to fill my time on the other virtual terminal :)
