[Coco] sdc issue

I don't use VCC so I can't address that, but I just followed Josh's exact
steps, with the exception that I added the .DSK extension, and created a
disk without issue. I can access it from the SDC and I can access it using
the Mess disk image tool.

Maybe a step-by-step instruction set would be useful?

1. Place the disk to be copied in to physical drive 0.

2. Type DRIVE 0,OFF

3. Type DRIVE 1,"DISKNAME.DSK"

4. Type BACKUP 0 TO 1

6. Type DRIVE 1,UNLOAD

Though I don't see anything in Josh's description to indicate he has done
anything different than what is listed here.
