[Coco] Finally RGB from a coco 2

Given that there's all these adapters to go to composite and to VGA,
what is the advantage here? Composite for CoCo 2 makes sense. RGB2VGA for
CoCo 3 makes sense. But why go to something that will need another adapter
to get on a modern monitor?
