   Hi guys,

I'm new to this list and have a question about replying to messages. I
know how to post to the group (obviously) and I can read the threads
   either from [1]https://pairlist5.pair.net/pipermail/coco/ or
   [2]http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.comp.hardware.tandy.coco/ but is there a
way to reply directly to posts on either of these websites? Surely you
aren't copy/pasting from the post into an e-mail? I tried replying to
a post on the gmane site but it didn't seem to go through.

BTW, I'm a coco enthusiast, still have my original Coco 1 from
1981, but have nowhere near the skills of many of you posting here.
Never too late to learn right? Anyway, I have a couple of Coco 1s, a 2
and a 3 along with a bunch of cartridges, Rainbow mags and cassette
deck. Never upgraded to disk but I am interested in getting a modern
means of storage. I'm thinking of the Coco SDC. I'd like to learn a
bit more about machine language programming and interfacing the coco
with the outside world. I'm a mechanical engineer by trade with
amateur skills in electronics and computer programming. Anyway, just
looking for a hobby to pass the cold winter months in New Brunswick,
   Canada.

   Thanks for listening!

   Jamie Reinsborough
