[Coco] Tandy OS-9 Level 2

You can config NitrOS/9 or OS/9 to use 32 or 40 columns. But this requires
some wisdom written in ancient papyrus rolls...

Get a emulator, learn about OS/9 boot disk configuration and voila, you can
make a os/9 customized for you.
