[Coco] Drivewire 4 & printing

Printing from BASIC:
1) Exit the Drivewire server.
2) Open a terminal program on your PC.
3) Set the BAUD to 600, N, 8,1.  I think.
4) Type LLIST on the CoCo.
5) Press and hold down the spacebar on the PC while in the terminal program.

Alternatively you can run in an emulator such as VCC and you will have
printer support.
