[Coco] Emulators, FPGA Becker port questions

awesom Bill.  Looks like my idea for VSYNC on the Vcc should work.
Now if I can confirm the FPGA coco also does the IRQ/VYNC thing
sanely, then my idea should at least work for HDBDOS.
