[Coco] CoCo 2 Factory Composite Video RE'd

Hi everyone,

I should get the final version of the Type A board back any day.  Then after a quick test
I’ll be placing a PCB order to get boards for those that expressed an interest in getting one.

I have to tweak the PCB layout for fit and final achoring/grounding solution, and then this version will be done too.
