[Coco] RGB2VGA on Amiga W.I.P.

Run the connection from the header on the MM/1 to the CoCo3 port (10 pin header)
on the RGB2VGA board.  I’m not sure where the DB9 would come in unless your
MM/1 is different from the one I have.  Mine has a right-angle pin header for video
on the back of the machine.
