[Coco] Run of RGB2VGA boards

The RGB2VGA converter will not work that great with an Amiga.  It has 4-bits
(OCS) or more (AGA) per color component, so digitizing it with a 2-3 bit ADC
will not look nice.  The 23-pin Amiga video connector provides both separate
H/V syncs and a combined sync.
