[Coco] SDrive SDir issues

Turns out there was a small logic error in the sdrive, sdir, sdc code which 
prevented it from ever seeing slot 1 (zero internally).

Ultimately just changing the BNE to a BGE solved the problem.

I guess I'm the only one to have their CoCoSDC in slot 1.
