[Coco] CoCo 3 RGB to SCART video, then converted to HDMI

The signal levels and voltages resulting from the cable I described are well within the SCART specifications for a RGB 480i signal, so I would think that almost any SCART converter should work, but the issue might be signal bleed from the chroma signal on the sync line into the video display. I don't think this would be a problem on most converters, though, and if it did happen, you would still get an image, it just would not be as clear. Most devices that output an SCART RGB signal use the composite video as the sync since the pin for composite video and composite sync are the same pin on an SCART connector. The voltage on the fast switch pin determines if the signal is processed as RGB or composite.
