[Coco] OTish: Wikipedia client for the Model I

The Coco 3 should be able to do this through DW4 if the server could do the conversions as was done for the Model 1.
This would be an interesting project. The holdback for the Coco and the internet has always been the graphics. Cocos were accessing the net before graphics became such a prominent part of web pages. This shows that there's a way to handle the graphics so a lo-res screen can view them. The Coco should be able to do it in Color :-)
