NitrOS9 images are available at:  http://nitros9.sourceforge.net/latest/

NitrOS9 is an improved version of OS9.  It is better and faster than the 
original OS9.  And it is free and actively supported.

the page there is a link called "Multi-Disk Programs" which explains the 
process.  There is s button on the SDC which allows you to switch between 
disks in a multi-disk situation.
