[Coco] RGB2VGA Converter PCBs Are Soldered!

Hi David,
Your board will hopefully be tested next week if I get the Altera DE-0 Nano in time.  I hope the US mail moves fast!  :)  I know you are more than ready!  Thanks for being patient.  There was much more to do than I ever expected!  This has been a very interesting learning experience for me.  :)  Take care my friend.
