[Coco] Extended Basic Upgrade Options

Yeah, they were a strange pinout and I don't think you'll find one much 
faster than 350ns (which is fast enough for a 2MHz CoCo).

However, if anyone does need one of these programmed, I have a 
programmer that will do it.
