[Coco] cp/m emulator Disk

OK, I usually wanted the Shell that was with the new window to go away, but 
that was my pre fence.

Most people having read the wrong instructions in the OS-9 manual would do 
unnecessary things like "iniz W7" ... deiniz W7.

The latest case was the shell sub "getnw" that I designed out of my system 
the need for.
