[Coco] Play coco text adventures on nearly anything

Cool.  It seems to work best in portrait and either phone or tablet mode
when launching it from the arc welder.  Neither is quite right, but
experimenting with the settings in the app should provide some tolerable
combination.  On an android device it queries the DPI and aspect ratio to
do a better job of looking "normal", but those calls don't seem to return
the same results when running in chrome.
