[Coco] coco 2 vs coco 3

Tim,

$20 ? :) I'll take as many as you have for that price!

I have sold over 500 CoCo3's since I started Cloud-9. I have 28 left and four in the original NIB from Tandy, only opened to verify contents.

Don't ask what I ask for those and get.........serious collectors only. :)

Ebay's prices were higher than C-9's for awhile and have dropped a bit as already mentioned.

I have bought CoCo's from Ebay and they indicate working/tested, but at what level? I have gotten machines that say they are working and get a cassette or serial I/O port not working. No big deal as I just fix them.

When the CC3's are gone it will close another era at Cloud-9 just like the over 150 cassette decks I had at one time from Tandy....When I got them, filling half of a room to the ceiling, case upon case of them. I will never sell all of these and then, all gone, no more......

I would say a working 128K CoCo 3 is worth about $20.

I'd love to see if the list members had a different consensus.
