[Coco] MESSUI 0.154 with Becker port

Hi Robert,
I uploaded Richard's original patch and my patch on the Color Computer
Archive. You can get them at:
http://www.colorcomputerarchive.com/coco/Emulators/MESS/Source/Becker%20port%20patch/
Note for those who compile on Windows: you have to convert the patch file to
Windows line endings or the patch program will crash.
Can you please send me your changes when you're done so I can put them in
the archive?
