[Coco] CoCoSDC file transfers

I'm not sure of the current firmware version (I've had little "me" time);
but, the CocoSDC may still not support long filenames.  This means you may
have to rename them as something like (8 characters) . (3 characters)

For example, DISK0001.DSK
