[Coco] Coco2,3 SALT chip

Looking at the schematic for the (PAL) Coco3, there are two chips, IC7 & 
IC8 which are prefixed SC. One is SC77526 (Joysticks, sound) and the 
other SC77527 (serial, PSU cassette in and motor control). IC7 is 20 
pin, IC8 looks to be 16 pin. That's verified against a *real* Coco3.
