[Coco] Does anyone have a Level3 disk that actually boots?

Is this really the official OS-9 Level 3?

What justifies it as Level 3?

It's not made or endorsed by MicroWare and it appears to be largely one 
persons's (Alan DeKok) personal mod of NitrOS-9 to modify Level 2 for 
better manage memory space to allow a bit more free RAM. No other 
enhancements at all?

Hardly what I justify as a Level 3 upgrade when there are so many other 
areas thaqt need upgrade/fixing than this.
