There was a program for reading and setting the clock under Basic that I
wrote that was included with the optional SmartWatch driver for Extended
ADOS-3.  I think it was called SETSW.BAS.  It had end-packed ML code
and did not require ADOS.

Perhaps it is included with the Extended ADOS-3 files in the list database
at
ftp://maltedmedia.com/coco/NEWLY-RECEIVED/extended.ados.3.7z
